Summer Letting for CityUHK Departments
Limited bedplaces are reserved to support events / activities organized by CityUHK department / office during summer period (from Week 1 of the Summer Term to the end of July). The served participants should be limited to university-related and serving academic purposes in connection with the University.

Room Facilities
- All floors are co-ed
- Double-bed with shared toilet/shower in a suite composing 2 adjoining rooms; guests of the same gender will be assigned in the same suite
- Free air-conditioning
- Basic cleaning of the toilet/shower once a week
- Mattress with bedding (self-service)
Warm Reminder:
As a green initiative, guest is expected to bring one's own daily hygiene necessities* (such as toothbrush/paste, cup, shampoo, shower gel & towel, slippers).

Important Notes
- Opening hours of the Entrance Gates in Student Residence

- Each hall entrance will be closed between 02:00 and 07:00. Press the alarm to inform hall lobby security guard for access. You may be required to show your Hall Access, Residence cards and passport before entering.
- Please switch off lights, air conditioners and any other facilities when not in use.
- Always bring your Hall Access and Residence cards with you. A fee will be levied for any replacement of lost/ damaged card (HK$100/card).
- Speak softly in quiet hours (11:00pm – 7:00am).
