Summer Letting in Undergraduate Halls

Limited bed places are reserved to support events and activities organized by CityUHK departments and offices during the summer period (from Week 1 of the Summer Term to the end of July). The events should be limited to university-related and serving academic purposes in connection with the University.

Room Facilities

Only double rooms available
Single-gender floor. Guests of the same gender will be assigned on the same floor.
Communal toilet & bathroom
Free air-conditioning
Mattress with bedding (self-service)

Friendly Reminder:

As a green initiative, guests are expected to bring one’s own daily hygiene kits.

Opening hours of the Entrance: 24-hour
Please switch off lights, air conditioners and any other facilities when not in use.
Please bring your Hall Access and Room Key Cards at all times. A fee will be levied for any replacement of lost or damaged card (HK$100/card).
Speak softly in quiet hours (11:00pm – 7:00am).
